1. Introduction

Welcome to SkillHub, operated by Spacelinkers Infotech Private Limited (“Spacelinkers,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of SkillHub — our web-based recruitment and job application platform available at https://skillhub.sbs. By registering, logging in, or using any part of SkillHub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, our:

• Privacy Policy,
• Data Policy,
• Cookie Policy,
• Terms & Conditions, and
• Copyright Policy.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Platform immediately.

3. Scope of this Agreement

This Agreement applies to all users (“you,” “your,” or “user”) accessing or using SkillHub for:

• Creating and updating profiles.
• Uploading resumes or credentials.
• Applying for jobs listed on the platform.
• Receiving job updates, alerts, or communications from Spacelinkers.

4. Nature of Services

SkillHub is an online job facilitation platform owned and managed by Spacelinkers Infotech Private Limited. All job listings are posted internally by Spacelinkers’ recruitment team based on verified openings received from:

• Spacelinkers’ direct clients, and
• Platforms where Spacelinkers is registered as a recruiter.

Spacelinkers does not act as an employer, employment agency, or guarantor of any employment outcome. SkillHub serves only as a digital tool for application management and candidate engagement.

5. Eligibility

1. Users must be at least 16 years of age to use SkillHub.
2. By registering, you confirm that:
   • You can enter into legally binding agreements.
   • You will provide accurate, updated, and truthful information.
3. Users below 18 may use SkillHub for internships or academic purposes with parental consent.

6. Account Registration and Access

1. You can register and log in via Email or Google authentication.
2. You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. You agree not to:
   • Share or transfer your account access to others.
   • Use another user’s credentials.
4. Spacelinkers will not be responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.

7. User Obligations

By using SkillHub, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful job-seeking and professional purposes.
• Upload authentic resumes, certificates, and qualifications.
• Not post or transmit false, misleading, or inappropriate information.
• Avoid misuse of any platform feature, including attempts to damage or hack the system.

Spacelinkers reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these obligations.

8. Job Applications and Relationship Disclaimer

1. SkillHub connects candidates to verified job opportunities, but Spacelinkers does not guarantee:
   • Employment, interview calls, or selection.
   • Accuracy of every job description (though verified before posting).
   • Continued availability of listed jobs (employers may close them anytime).
2. Spacelinkers is not responsible for:
   • Hiring decisions made by employers or clients.
   • Disputes, losses, or misrepresentations between candidates and employers.
   • Post-hiring relationships or compensation disagreements.
3. All hiring discussions, negotiations, and employment contracts are directly between the candidate and employer. Spacelinkers’ role is limited to facilitating communication and application processing.

9. Use of Personal Data

By using SkillHub, you consent to Spacelinkers collecting and processing your personal data (including uploaded resumes, contact details, and application history) for:

• Recruitment and screening purposes.
• Internal analytics and platform improvements.
• Job alerts and communication with users.

All data is processed and stored in accordance with:

• The Information Technology Act, 2000 (India)
• IT Rules 2011 (Sensitive Personal Data)
• GDPR-compliant international standards

10. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, graphics, code, and materials on SkillHub are the property of Spacelinkers Infotech Private Limited.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any portion of SkillHub without prior written consent.
• Uploaded resumes or documents remain your intellectual property, but you grant Spacelinkers a limited, revocable license to process them for recruitment purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

1. Spacelinkers Infotech Private Limited shall not be liable for any:
   • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   • Data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access (including due to cyberattacks).
   • Service interruptions, technical errors, or downtime.
   • Loss of opportunity, income, or employment arising from use of the Platform.
2. All SkillHub services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranty (express or implied), including:
   • Continuous operation or error-free performance.
   • Accuracy or completeness of job listings.
   • Guaranteed confidentiality against external security incidents beyond our reasonable control.
3. While we use industry-standard security (Firebase Authentication, Google Cloud encryption, etc.), Spacelinkers shall not be held liable for any data breach, system intrusion, or information theft caused by third-party vulnerabilities, force majeure, or unforeseeable cyber risks.
4. Users acknowledge that they access SkillHub at their own risk, and Spacelinkers shall not be responsible for any losses or damages whatsoever.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spacelinkers Infotech Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of this Agreement or applicable law.
• Any false or misleading information provided by you.
• Unauthorized access, misuse, or negligence involving your account.
• Violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy.

13. Data Security and Backup Disclaimer

1. Data is stored on secure Google Firebase and Google Cloud (Singapore region) servers.
2. While industry-grade measures (encryption, IAM, firewalls) are implemented, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
3. Spacelinkers is not responsible for data loss due to:
   • Force majeure events (natural disasters, power failures, etc.)
   • Unforeseen technical failures, hardware issues, or cloud service outages.
   • Malicious cyberattacks or unauthorized third-party access beyond our control.

By using SkillHub, you acknowledge that such risks exist and agree that Spacelinkers shall not be held liable for any resulting loss.

14. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate any of the platform rules or legal policies.
• You misuse the platform or upload false information.
• You attempt to harm or interfere with SkillHub’s functionality.

Upon termination:

• All your data will be deleted within 30 working days, except where retention is legally required.
• You will lose access to all associated applications and stored files.

15. Force Majeure

Spacelinkers shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, cyberattacks, power failures, or internet disruptions.

16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

17. Amendments

Spacelinkers reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement from time to time. Any significant changes will be posted on https://skillhub.sbs with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

18. Grievance Redressal

In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, our designated Grievance Officer is:

19. Entire Agreement

This User Agreement, together with SkillHub’s Privacy Policy, Data Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms & Conditions, constitutes the entire legal understanding between the user and Spacelinkers. It supersedes all prior verbal or written communications regarding the use of SkillHub.

20. Acceptance

By registering, logging in, or using any SkillHub feature, you hereby:

• Acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement.
• Agree to comply with all platform policies.
• Accept that Spacelinkers Infotech Private Limited shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including unforeseen data loss, service interruptions, or employment-related disputes.
