• On account deletion, user data and resumes are permanently deleted within 30 working days unless retention is legally required.

14. Data Retention After Account Deletion

Upon user request or inactivity for more than 12 months, we may deactivate or permanently delete the account. Some metadata (e.g., anonymized analytics data) may be retained for statistical or legal purposes, but it will not identify the user.
