3. Intellectual Property Ownership
All content, materials, and source code on the SkillHub platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Spacelinkers Infotech Private Limited. This includes, but is not limited to:
- The SkillHub™ platform design, UI/UX layout, and structure.
- The SkillHub™ name, logo, and the tagline “Get Linked, Stay Connected.”
- Text, copy, descriptions, and original web content.
- Custom-developed features, graphics, and scripts.
- Website code, modules, and backend logic.
All rights are protected under:
- The Copyright Act, 1957 (India)
- The Information Technology Act, 2000
- The Trademarks Act, 1999 (for unregistered proprietary marks)
- Applicable international copyright treaties.

4. Trademarks and Brand Marks
- SkillHub™ and Spacelinkers™ are proprietary unregistered trademarks owned and used exclusively by Spacelinkers Infotech Private Limited in connection with its recruitment, software, and technology services.
- The tagline “Get Linked, Stay Connected” is also used exclusively by Spacelinkers as part of its brand identity.
These marks are not yet registered under the Indian Trademarks Act, 1999, but are protected as unregistered marks under the common law principle of “passing off.” Any unauthorized use, imitation, or representation of these marks — or any confusingly similar variation — is strictly prohibited.
Trademark Disclaimer: All product names, logos, and brands mentioned on SkillHub are the property of their respective owners. Use of any third-party trademarks or logos on SkillHub does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.

5. Restrictions on Use
You may not, under any circumstances:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any SkillHub content without written authorization.
- Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract source code from the platform.
- Sell, license, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit SkillHub or any of its content.
- Use bots, crawlers, or scraping tools to harvest data or listings from the platform.
- Frame, embed, or mirror SkillHub pages on another website.
Violation of these terms may result in:
- Immediate termination of account access.
- Permanent blacklisting from SkillHub.
- Legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and IT Act, 2000.

6. User-Generated Content (UGC)
Users may upload personal content to SkillHub, such as:
- Resumes and CVs
- Certification or educational documents
- Profile details and text-based submissions
6.1 Ownership
- You retain ownership of all content you upload.
- By submitting it to SkillHub, you grant Spacelinkers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to:
- Store, process, and display your data;
- Share it with verified employers for recruitment purposes;
- Use it internally for analytics and platform enhancement.
This license automatically ends when you delete your account or request removal of your data.
6.2 Compliance
- Uploaded content must:
- Be accurate and lawfully owned by the user.
- Not infringe upon any third-party rights, trademarks, or copyrights.
- Not contain offensive or illegal material.
Spacelinkers assumes no liability for the accuracy or legality of user-submitted content.

7. Copyright Infringement and Takedown (DMCA-style Process)
If you believe that your copyrighted work or intellectual property has been copied or displayed on SkillHub without authorization, you may submit a Copyright Infringement Notice to:

Upon verification:

8. Repeat Infringement Policy
SkillHub follows a three-strike policy:
- On the first confirmed infringement, a warning is issued.
- On the second, content access may be suspended.
- A third violation results in permanent termination of account access.
We maintain logs of infringement reports for legal recordkeeping.

9. Third-Party Content and Licensing
SkillHub may include:
- Client logos, brand names, or recruitment data.
- Embedded content or analytics from trusted services (e.g., Google, LinkedIn).
Such third-party content remains the property of its respective owners. Spacelinkers ensures that all use of external assets is under proper license, fair use, or partnership authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability
- Spacelinkers shall not be liable for damages resulting from unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of SkillHub content by third parties.
- Spacelinkers shall not be responsible for user-uploaded materials that infringe upon third-party rights.
