3. Platform Overview

SkillHub is an employment and recruitment facilitation platform that enables users to:

• Create and manage candidate profiles.
• Apply for verified job openings posted by Spacelinkers’ internal recruitment team.
• Receive communication and updates related to job applications.

All job listings are posted and managed internally by Spacelinkers based on openings received from verified clients, partner platforms, and companies where Spacelinkers is registered as a recruiter. Currently, no third-party employers independently post jobs on SkillHub.

4. Eligibility

1. You must be at least 16 years old to use SkillHub.
2. By registering, you confirm that you are:
   • Capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law.
   • Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information.
3. Users below 18 years of age may use SkillHub for internship or academic opportunities with parental consent.

Spacelinkers reserves the right to verify user information and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Account Registration and Security

1. Users may register using Email or Google authentication.
2. You agree to:
   • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
   • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches.
   • Not share your account with any third party.
3. Spacelinkers will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

By using SkillHub, you agree to:

• Upload only legitimate resumes and credentials owned by you.
• Apply only to job postings that match your interests or qualifications.
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
• Not use SkillHub for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.

Spacelinkers reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these conditions.

7. Job Application and Disclaimer

1. SkillHub acts solely as a recruitment facilitation platform operated by Spacelinkers. We help candidates connect with verified employers or job opportunities.
2. Spacelinkers does not guarantee employment, job offers, or interview calls to any user.
3. Job listings are posted in good faith but may be subject to changes or withdrawal by clients without prior notice.
4. Users must independently verify job authenticity, compensation details, and employment terms before accepting any offer.
5. Spacelinkers shall not be held responsible for:
   • The final outcome of any job application.
   • Losses arising from interactions between candidates and employers.
   • Rejection of applications by clients.

SkillHub functions as a digital platform for application management, not as an employer or recruitment agency offering guarantees.

8. Use of Uploaded Information

• You grant Spacelinkers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process this data for recruitment purposes.
• Your data may be shared with verified clients for relevant job openings only.
• Uploaded materials remain your intellectual property; SkillHub only holds a temporary right to process them.

All data usage complies with our Privacy Policy and Data Policy.

9. Communication and Notifications

By using SkillHub, you consent to receive:

• Transactional and service-related emails or messages.
• Job-related notifications, application updates, and feedback.
• Marketing or promotional emails (you may opt out anytime).

All official communication will be sent from hr@skillhub.sbs or other authorized Spacelinkers domains.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

• The SkillHub platform, logo, content, layout, and design are the intellectual property of Spacelinkers Infotech Private Limited.
• Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, resale, or redistribution of the platform or its code is prohibited.
• User-generated content (like resumes) remains owned by the user but may be processed as per consented use.

11. Prohibited Activities

• Use SkillHub to post or transmit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
• Create fake profiles or impersonate another person.

Violation may lead to suspension or permanent termination of your account and potential legal action.

Your data is stored on Google Firebase and Google Cloud (asia-southeast1 — Singapore) under strict security protocols.

13. Termination and Suspension

• Spacelinkers reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, misuse, or fraudulent activity.
• Delete inactive accounts after 12 months of inactivity.
• Deny access to users who compromise security or harm platform integrity.

Users may delete their accounts at any time by emailing hr@skillhub.sbs. Once deleted, all personal data will be permanently removed within 30 working days, except where legal retention is required.
