This role focuses on providing advanced clinical pharmacy services for pediatric patients in acute care settings.</p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><br></p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul data-spread="false"><li><p class="isSelectedEnd">Provide clinical pharmacy support to ED and PICU teams</p></li><li><p class="isSelectedEnd">Review and manage medication therapy for pediatric patients</p></li><li><p class="isSelectedEnd">Participate in clinical rounds and multidisciplinary care teams</p></li><li><p class="isSelectedEnd">Ensure medication safety, dosing accuracy, and protocol compliance</p></li><li><p class="isSelectedEnd">Support pharmacy operations related to pediatric acute care services</p></li><li><p class="isSelectedEnd">Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff</p></li></ul><p class="isSelectedEnd"><br></p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><b>Mandatory Requirements:</b></p><ul data-spread="false"><li><p class="isSelectedEnd">Must be currently located in the United States</p></li><li><p class="isSelectedEnd">Must have valid US work authorization (US Citizen / Green Card / EAD)</p></li><li><p class="isSelectedEnd">Active US Pharmacist license (Texas or eligible for transfer)</p></li><li><p class="isSelectedEnd">Completion of PGY1 residency (no current residents)</p></li><li><p class="isSelectedEnd">Must have inpatient acute care hospital experience</p></li><li><p class="isSelectedEnd">Experience must include pediatric / NICU / acute care exposure</p></li><li><p class="isSelectedEnd">Experience only in retail, LTAC, or behavioral health is NOT acceptable</p></li></ul><p class="isSelectedEnd"><br></p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul data-spread="false"><li><p class="isSelectedEnd">PGY2 Pediatrics residency</p></li><li><p>Multiple years of experience supporting PICU / ED pediatric services</p></li></ul><!--EndFragment-->
